Profiler Clients

Property Profilers offer solutions or directions for clients who do not have the time, experience or necessary contacts. Typically they have four main types of clients.

Home owners preparing for the sale of their property are the most common. Their motivation means the Plan is immediately used and changes are made over a few months at most.

The second group are residential landlords. They need to maximise their yield by ensuring long term tenants and the best possible rental price. The experience of the Property Profiler is vital because any changes made to the rental property have to immediately make a difference. Also the improvements must endure and be achievable in a short time so the property can earn its income again.

The third group are new home owners. These clients will one day sell, but for now wish to maximise the equity in their new home. The Property Profiler provides them with a longer term work plan.

Finally home owners who have lived in their home for a long period of time and need renovation advice from a fresh point of view.
